會考經濟之重點搶分篇(第9講): Definitions (定義) – Section 4

响 Forms of Business Ownership (廠商的經營模式)呢課入面, Paper 1嘅問題主要有兩款問法, 一係就列舉某種經營模式的其中 2-3項 features(特徵), 一係就要求考生將兩種經營方式加以比較，講出兩者有何優點及有何弱點。有咩definition考? 可以叫考生寫出limited liability (有限債務責任) 同 legal entity (法人)係乜。

想問下00年 10b(ii)(II)
Assume Bank X does not know that Bank Y has a huge amount of hidden debt. Explain whether this would affect the opportunity cost of the takeover to Bank X.

佢個答案係no 但我唔太明
佢話由於果個係chosen option, not option forone, 所以唔關事

但我記得之前見過條問題
話concert ticket=$300
幫人補習可以earn$200
咁睇concert既opp. cost =$500
lee個例子唔係同上面一樣咩

我既理解就係:
如果bank X 唔收構bank Y
咁就唔洗還hidden debt
所以d debt都應該加埋入opp. cost

點解我錯?????
